To ensure your choice of departure date, an early reservation is recommended.
A deposit is required as a notification to hold reservations. Refer to your package for the deposit amount. If air is included in the quote, 100% payment of air is required with a deposit unless otherwise indicated. Full payment is due 60 days prior to your day of departure unless otherwise indicated. If the booking is made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise indicated. Payment is accepted by cashier’s check and Money Orders. Payments by credit cards (, Mastercard, Visa, Amex) are accepted and may require a 3% to 5% processing fee.
Prices are based on tariffs and rates in effect at the date of booking and are subject to change without notice.
Guests must notify of the cancellation of the trip within 60 days of the trip. If no notification is received, guests will be charged the full cost of the trip.
With notification, a refund or credit voucher may be given at the discretion of the tour operators, tour agencies, hotels, and cruise lines. Air is not refundable. All refunds and credit vouchers may incur a processing fee.
If a trip is rescheduled, rates are subject to change based on new dates.
PGE Travel Group, LLC highly recommends that you purchase a travel protection plan to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected. Travel protection plans can include coverage for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical and Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, Trip Delay, Baggage Delay, and more.
Airfares (unless otherwise indicated in the itinerary), passport and visa fees, inoculations, excess luggage charges, all items of a personal nature, such as laundry, drinks, telephone calls and cables, trip, and baggage insurance, meals not mentioned in the itinerary, gratuities and airport departure taxes are not included in the price of the tour. You must consult with the airline for any additional fees such as baggage fees, entry or exit fees, etc. These fees are not included in your air. If air is booked on your own, you are responsible for verifying passport and VISA requirements.
All documents will be sent electronically via the e-mail you provide to us. A fee will be imposed if you want mailed hard-copy documents.
No refunds will be allowed for missed services, scheduled booked tours, meals, or any absence from the resort, or for resort accommodation not used. Two changes are allowed after the itinerary is finalized without a refund of any confirmed and pre-paid services unless a refund is given by the tour agencies and hotels at the destination. More than two changes or changes made after the package has been finalized will incur a $25 per person per change fee. If air has been purchased on the client’s behalf, the air is non-refundable and non-changeable unless authorized by the airline, and fees will apply.
Additional sightseeing/excursions and tours not bought through PGE Travel Group, LLC may be available at the resorts/hotels for purchase. PGE Travel Group, LLC is not responsible for any sightseeing/tours purchased at the resort. Tips to tour guides are at your discretion.
PGE TRAVEL GROUP, LLC acts only as an agent for the supplier in regard to travel, whether by plane, car, motor coach, ship, or railroad, and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect of any vehicle, act of war, revolt or other civil uprisings, other military action, strikes or acts of God occurring in either the country of origin, destination or through passage, or for any reason whatsoever, or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in the arrangements of the tour. PGE TRAVEL GROUP, LLC assumes no liability for losses or additional expenses because of delays or changes in air schedules or any other causes. All such losses or expenses will be the responsibility of the members of the tour, as the rates provided are for the arrangements only at the time stated. PGE TRAVEL GROUP, LLC reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the itinerary and to cancel any tour prior to departure. PGE TRAVEL GROUP, LLC assumes no liability for damage or loss of luggage before, during, or after the tour.
IN CONSIDERATION OF THE AGREEMENT WITH PGE TRAVEL GROUP, LLC TO PARTICIPATE IN THESE TRIPS AND ACTIVITIES, YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT BRING SUIT OR MAKE A CLAIM AGAINST PGE TRAVEL GROUP, LLC FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE, BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR EMOTIONAL TRAUMA, HOWEVER CAUSED, AS THE RESULT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE TOUR. YOU RELEASE PGE TRAVEL GROUP, LLC AND ITS EMPLOYEES FROM ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, AND DEMANDS THAT YOU MAY HAVE FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE, BODILY INJURY, OR DEATH ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN A TOUR. This release of LIABILITY is entered into on behalf of all members of your family, including minors accompanying you. This agreement is binding on your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. If any portion of this agreement is unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in force and effect. By accepting these terms and conditions, the holder agrees to be bound by all the limitations and restrictions contained herein. Any disputes regarding the provision of services or liability of PGE Travel Group, LLC provided via this voucher shall be governed under the laws of the state of Georgia, and the holder agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia, Gwinnett County for any civil action attempting to seek damages of any type.
